Eateries generally are well lit which is a good thing, but not when you are trying to work out what to eat. Large displays ahead are listing what is available, but the glare coming from the lighting is making it an arduous experience.

Worse still, if the menu board is one of the newer digital types, they are like glare magnets. So how can we get past the glare, how can we offer a solution to menu boards not having optimum visibility?

Anti Reflective Film For Menu Boards

Of course there is a solution – it’s what we do. Diamond Coatings offer a wide range of coated films including a high quality anti-reflective (AR) film. This will dramatically reduce any glare and reflection and allow customers to view all options available.

If images of food are also displayed, these are given better clarity by the anti-reflective enhancements our film offers. That’s surely a good thing.

A similar issue to the internal glare can happen externally too, especially in drive through settings. Whether it is direct sunlight or headlights at night, external menu boards can be affected.

Our anti-reflective film comes complete with an optically clear adhesive and protective film on both surfaces. You can order directly from us here – we supply in a standard film width of 1250mm and offer to supply in continuous meters on a roll. We also offer two standard sheets formats – 1Mtr x 1Mtr and also 250mm x 250mm sheet sizes.
