Diamond Coatings produce a range of thin film coatings which can be used in a variety of applications.
ITO Thin Film Coatings
Applying a thin layer of ITO to PET film (Polyethylene Terephthalate film) makes the film surface conductive whilst retaining transparency. PET film is exceptionally tough and adding the element of surface conductivity means ITO thin film coatings can be used effectively in the production of touch screens, LCD displays, transparent heaters and smart windows.
The films are also utilised heavily in the medical, automotive and military industries, as well as electroluminescent lamps and EMI / RFI shielding.
We supply ITO coated thin films with a standard 175-micron thickness in either sheets (600 mm x 457 mm standard sheet size) or rolls (maximum width: 600 mm; lengths up to 100 m). We will also work with you to produce bespoke laser cut shapes, based on your individual requirements.
Our ITO polyester film is available with protective films on both surfaces to assist in handling and fabrication.
Anti Reflective Thin Film Coatings
We produce an anti reflective film that is an exceptional solution for display applications and digital signage. The benefits of using anti reflective properties for these applications are immediately obvious.
Our Diamox AR1617 anti reflective thin film coating has an incredible transparency as well as offering high abrasive and chemical resistance. This makes it an ideal addition to the production of electronic displays and touch panels / touch screens, solar cells and smart windows, and in the retail / advertising sectors.
