At Diamond Coatings, we provide the foundational transparent conductive coatings that make these advanced switches possible

Innovative and vastly experienced in depositing clear conductive coatings and ITO coatings onto plastic substrates, Diamond Coatings is recognised as a leader in the manufacture of high quality vacuum coatings. Our unique, flexible system for the handling of substrates enables us to deposit conductive coatings onto shaped, injection moulded or flat plastic substrates.

Designed to hold specimens flat and in place, glass coverslips protect against dust and contamination through accidental contact. They also prevent contact between a microscope’s objective lens and the specimen and/or contact between a specimen and immersive liquids (water or oil, for example).

Transparent ITO heaters are visually transparent substrates coated with electrically conductive indium tin oxide at different sheet resistances. As current passes through this coating, it generates the necessary heat required to extend operating temperatures of liquid crystal displays (LCDs) within cold environments, as well as serving to anti-fog, de-ice and anti-ice optical displays/optics.

Diamond Coatings is opening a new state of the art manufacturing facility in the USA in early 2016.
