Available in 4 width (6, 12, 25 and 50 mm) and sold in rolls of 20 metres, Diamond Coating’s conductive adhesive-backed copper tape features release liners and the following properties:

  • Material Thickness of 0.025(+/-0.005) mm
  • Adhesive Thickness of 0.03 (+/-0.005) mm
  • Release Liner Thickness of 0.11 ~ 0.15 mm
  • Total Thickness of 0.076 (+/-0.005) mm
  • Vickers Hardness of 0.3/15: 42
  • Elongation percentage (Lo = 100mm) of 16.84 – 17.77 %
  • Tensile Strength, Rm of 194.67 – 201.07 N/mm²
  • Peel Adhesion (180º/PST#1) of >1.0 Kg/in
  • Holding Power (178º/PST#7) of >72 Hr
  • Temperature Range of 5 ~ 130 ºC
  • Volume Resistivity (Ω/sq) of <0.09 Ω/sq

As such, they are:

  • Extremely thin, yet incredibly strong
  • Durable, highly flexible and extremely conformable
  • Efficiently resistant to corrosion, oxidisation, high temperatures and general wear-and-tear
  • Virtually weather-proof and perfect as an alternative to traditional electric wiring
