Diamond Coatings offer smooth surfaced ITO Coated Glass for OLED type applications

Ion modified magnetron sputtering onto polished glass substrates results in surfaces suitable for subsequent deposition of ultra-thin layers.

Product Information

There are currently two types available.

SL -P-12 135nm ITO on 1.1mm thick soda lime float glass giving a sheet resistivity of 12 ohms/sq and transmittance at 550 nm of 86%

SL-P-80 25nm ITO on 1.1mm thick soda lime float glass giving a sheet resistivity of 80 ohms/sq and transmittance at 550nm of 86%

Full size sheets up to 400 x500mm, depending upon type, are available as are precision diced pieces down to 10 x10mm.
